Gator Families,
Just a reminder, athletic physicals for all incoming 7th–12th grade athletes will take place May 11th at Tomas High School. Cost is $20. JH time slot is 2:00pm-4:30pm. Coaches will assist with getting kids over during our time slot.
Remember in order to try-out or participate in ANY sport, including attending summer SAC Camp or the summer athletic camps. All athletes must have an athletic physical on file as well as all Rankone paperwork completed. You are not required to complete physicals through the school — you may use your own doctor. However, if you choose to use your own doctor, physicals must be dated on or after May 1st to be valid for the upcoming school year. We also request that all physicals are completed and turned into the campus athletic administration prior to the last day of school May 21st. Please plan accordingly! ??

I can’t believe how fast this school year has gone — it’s that time again… PHYSICALS!! ?????

Parents,
If your daughter would like to further discuss why she did not make the team, we ask that she come and talk to us first. If at that time your daughter still doesn’t understand why she was cut, please feel free to contact the appropriate coach to make an appointment for a conference.

We apologize if your student was one of the handful that did not get their physical completed today.
The process ran longer than expected and any student that was unable to secure a ride outside of their bus transportation had to leave prior to completing their physical form.
If your child is one of those students you will be receiving a refund from Tomas HS.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear Parents,
As we prepare for the 2026–27 school year, LCISD Athletics will begin accepting athletic physicals through PDF upload for student-athletes who complete their physical with a personal physician or are unable to attend campus physical dates.
Please ensure:
Physicals are uploaded as a PDF (pictures will not be accepted).
Both pages are fully completed and signed.
The physician must complete and sign the actual physical examination page.
A parent/guardian must complete and sign the medical history portion.
The correct student ID number is included.
Athletic trainers will review all uploads before being added to Rank One.
If your student-athlete attends a campus physical date, no upload is required. Athletic trainers will handle the process.
